Badagi comes from Kakheti, Georgia. We bring Georgian taste and contemporary thinking together through natural, vegan products made from local ingredients. Churchkhela is made with just three ingredients: walnuts or hazelnuts, 100% natural grape juice, and wheat or corn flour. What began as one family’s work is now shaped by more than 300 people. Our first branded shop opened in 2011, and our approach remains simple: respect the ingredients, trust the product, and let its flavour speak for itself.
